How to prepare?
Step 1: Cook the brown rice in a pan with 3 cups of water. Set aside.

How to prepare?
- Chop the broccoli, squash, & peeled carrots. Steam cook these veggies in a lid pan.
- Boil the potato and mash it in 1 tbsp olive oil. You can also stir fry the potato shavings.
- Stir fry the salmon in olive oil till it's done. Leave the skin on. Once the salmon is down on both sides, you can remove the skin to serve the cooked salmon inside.

How to cook?
- Cook the squash or pumpkin and rest of the vegetables along with the rice in a lid pan.

How to prepare?
- Preheat the oven to bake the sweet potato. For this, line the baking sheet with tin foil. Use a fork to pierce the potato. Place it on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.
