By accessing or using the Website, App, or any services provided by Zigly through the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website, App, or services provided.

By submitting content, you grant Zigly a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, distribute, and display the content for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that:

  • b) The content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
  • c) The content is not illegal, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

Zigly reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at its discretion.

  • a) Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
  • b) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for purchases and subscriptions.
  • c) Comply with the applicable terms and conditions for the specific product or service.
  • d) Acknowledge that Zigly reserves the right to modify or discontinue products and services at its discretion, without notice.

Payment, Transactions, and Returns

All transactions conducted on the Platform are subject to the payment terms outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • a.) Payment Terms
  • i .) You agree to pay all applicable charges for products or services as listed at the time of purchase, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges.
  • ii.) Payments must be made using authorized payment methods accepted on the Platform.
  • iii.) Zigly uses third-party payment gateways, and by initiating a transaction, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
  • iv.) In case of payment failure or chargebacks initiated by you without valid reason, Zigly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and take appropriate legal action to recover dues.
  • b.) Order Confirmation
  • i. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.
  • ii. Zigly reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Returns and Refunds

Zigly strives to ensure customer satisfaction. However, returns and refunds are governed by the following terms:

  • a) Eligibility for Return:
  • i. Products may be eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery (if supported with valid proofs).
  • ii. Returns must be initiated within 3 (three) days of receipt of the product by contacting Zigly customer care.
  • iii. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
  • b) Non-Returnable Products:
  • i. Perishable items (e.g., food, treats, supplements).
  • ii. Products that are intimate or sanitary in nature (e.g., pet apparel, grooming items) once opened.
  • iii. Services (e.g., grooming, consultation) are non-returnable once availed.
  • c) Refund Process:
  • i. If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • ii. Zigly may offer refund through store credit or vouchers at its discretion.
  • d) Shipping Costs:
  • i. If the return is due to a mistake on Zigly’s part (wrong or defective product), Zigly will bear the return shipping cost.
  • ii. For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged and borne by the customer.

Cancellations

  • i. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer unless done within 2 (two) hours of placing the order and before dispatch.
  • ii. Zigly reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory issues, or violations of these Terms, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Disputes

i. In the event of a payment-related dispute, you may contact Zigly customer support.

ii. Zigly reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of refund or return requests and its decision shall be final and binding.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is governed by Zigly’s Privacy Policy. You agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge and agree that Zigly may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform.

However, due to the inherent nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission or while stored on our systems, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • b) Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
  • c) Safeguarding your device from malware and unauthorized access.

  • d) Impersonation: You will not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You access and use third-party websites or services at your own risk, and Zigly disclaims all liability related to such external links or services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • a) No Warranties: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," with no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Zigly does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  • b) Product and Pricing Accuracy: While Zigly endeavors to ensure accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. In such cases, Zigly reserves the right to either confirm the order with you or cancel it and notify you accordingly. Corrections may be communicated via the contact details provided at the time of purchase or registration.
  • c) Product Representation: Product images on the Platform are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product attributes, including packaging, ingredients, color, or size, may differ. Please refer to the physical product for accurate specifications. Zigly is not responsible for returns or exchanges due to such variations

Zigly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Force Majeure

Zigly shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, government regulations, war, or network failures.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zigly regarding your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and Zigly’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
