aRBCe is a hematinic syrup formulated with highly bioavailable glycine-chelated iron, copper and cobalt to support red blood cell health and recovery from anaemia in dogs and cats, in a palatable chicken-flavoured base.
Composition: Chelated Ferrous Glycinate 100mg (equivalent to 20mg iron), Chelated Copper Glycinate 50mg (equivalent to 10mg copper), Chelated Cobalt Glycinate 40mg (equivalent to 4mg cobalt), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic Acid) 5mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 0.5mg, Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid) 0.2mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 0.02mg, Vitamin D3 250 IU.
Indications: Nutritional deficiency anaemia; parasitic anaemia; haemolytic anaemia; haemorrhagic anaemia; general debility and convalescence.
Dosage: Dogs: 5ml per 20kg body weight, twice daily. Cats: 0.5ml per 5kg body weight, twice daily, or as directed by the vet.
Directions for use: Give directly into the mouth or mix with food/water, using the measuring cup provided.
How does the medicine work? : Glycine-chelated iron, copper and cobalt are more readily absorbed than standard mineral salts, directly supporting haemoglobin synthesis and red blood cell production, while the B-vitamin complex supports the metabolic pathways needed for healthy blood cell formation.
Possible side effects: Generally well tolerated; in case of accidental overdosing, contact the vet immediately.
