Fiprofort Plus is a monthly spot-on treatment for small dogs and puppies up to 10kg, killing fleas, ticks and lice while breaking the flea life-cycle.
Composition: Fipronil 9.8% w/v (adulticide) and (S)-Methoprene 8.8% w/v (insect growth regulator), in a 0.67ml pipette.
Indications: Β Flea infestation (including flea allergy dermatitis); tick infestation; biting lice.
Dosage: One full 0.67ml pipette applied topically once a month, for dogs/puppies up to 10kg.
Directions for use: Part the fur at the base of the neck between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible, then apply the entire pipette directly to the skin.
How does the medicine work? : Fipronil kills fleas, ticks and lice on contact; (S)-Methoprene prevents flea eggs and larvae from developing into adults - together giving up to one month of protection.
Possible side effects: Mild, temporary skin irritation at the application site is possible. Confirm minimum age/weight for puppies with the vet before first use.
