Digyton Plus is a digestive stimulant liquid for adult dogs and cats that promotes healthy enzyme secretion, eases flatulence and bloating, and helps regularise bowel movement, including during transitions to a new diet.
Composition: Herbal blend including Black Pepper (Maricha) and Licorice, plus Dill Oil and other supportive botanicals (Triphala-based formulation).
Indications: Indigestion, colic, flatulence and intolerance to sudden food changes; irregular bowel movement; supportive care for gastric infections associated with stomach disorders in adult dogs.
Dosage: Dogs (small breeds): 5ml twice daily. Dogs (large breeds): 10ml twice daily. Cats: 2.5ml twice daily. Dose can be adjusted by breed/severity or as directed by the vet.
Directions for use: Shake well before use. Give directly into the mouth or mix into food, twice daily.
How does the medicine work? : Black pepper stimulates digestive enzyme and saliva secretion and improves the absorption of other herbal actives, while licorice supports gastric health and has a mild spasmolytic (cramp-easing) action - together improving digestion and reducing bloating.
