Nefrotec DS is a herbal tablet used to help prevent and manage urinary tract infections, kidney/bladder stones, and inflammation of the urethra in dogs and cats, with diuretic and antiseptic properties.
Composition: Parmelia perlata, Saxifraga ligulata, Rubia cordifolia, Cyperus scariosus, Achyranthes aspera, Onosma bracteatum, Vernonia cinerea, Shilajeet, Badarashma Bhasma.
Indications: Urinary tract infections; prevention and management of kidney and bladder stones; cystitis and urethral inflammation; recurrent UTIs.
Dosage: Small-breed dogs: 1 tablet twice daily. Large-breed dogs: 2-3 tablets twice daily. Cats: 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by the vet.
Directions for use: Give directly as a treat or mixed into food.
How does the medicine work: The herbal blend provides urinary antiseptic action (helping counteract repetitive UTIs), antilithic activity (helping prevent and dissolve stones), and diuretic effects that increase urine flow to help flush the urinary tract.
