Zymopet is a digestive enzyme and carminative supplement that relieves gas, bloating, indigestion and flatulence in dogs and cats, soothing the stomach lining and helping maximise nutrient absorption.
Composition: Per 5ml: Alpha-Amylase 50mg, Papain 6mg, Cinnamon Oil 0.2mg, Cardamom Oil 0.4mg, Caraway Oil 0.4mg, Dill Oil 0.05mg, Fennel Oil 0.0035ml.
Indications: Flatulence and bloating; indigestion and stomach upsets; colic and gripping bowel discomfort; malabsorption; supportive care for non-specific gastrointestinal disturbances from overeating or insufficient enzyme production.
Dosage: Puppies: 1ml (7-12 drops) twice daily. Small-breed dogs & cats: 1.5ml twice daily. Large-breed dogs: 2ml twice daily, preferably given with or immediately after food, or as directed by the vet.
Directions for use: Shake well before use. Measure the dose using the dropper provided and give directly into the mouth or mix with a small amount of food.
How does the medicine work? : Alpha-amylase and papain break down starches and proteins to aid digestion, while the blend of carminative herbal oils (cinnamon, cardamom, caraway, dill, fennel) helps expel excess gas and prevent further gas formation, soothing the stomach mucosa.
