Poop Repel (Coprophagia Aid) Tablet for Dogs & Puppies (Pack of 30 Tablets)

Poop Repel is a coprophagia (stool-eating) deterrent tablet that makes a dog's own stool taste unpleasant, discouraging the habit, while also supporting digestion with minerals and enzymes that help break down starches.

Composition: A blend of minerals and digestive enzymes with a mild lachrymatory (eye/mouth irritant) agent that makes the treated dog's stool distasteful if eaten - exact proprietary composition not published; confirm against the current label.

Indications: Coprophagia (habitual eating of own or other dogs' stool) in dogs and puppies 12 weeks of age and older.

Dosage: 1 tablet per 10kg body weight, given with a meal, once daily. Dogs 30kg and above: 2 tablets daily. In multi-dog households, give to the dog(s) whose stool is being eaten by the coprophagic dog.

Directions for Use: Mix into the meal of the dog whose stool needs to become distasteful (this may be a different dog than the one with the habit, in multi-dog households).

How does the medicine work?: The lachrymatory agent passes through digestion largely unaltered and creates a mild burning/irritating sensation if the treated stool is eaten, discouraging the behaviour through negative association, while the added enzymes support normal digestion.

Possible side effects: No detrimental effect on the dog's health reported at the recommended dose; suitable for puppies and dogs of all breeds above 12 weeks.
