Beaphar (Cetrimide & Chlorhexidine) Ear Cleaner for Dogs & Cats (50ml)

Beaphar Ear Cleaner gently dissolves ear wax and cleanses the ear canal, helping prevent ear mites and otitis externa with regular use, in a gentle, alcohol-free, non-irritating formula.

Composition: Cetrimide 1.50g/l (mild antiseptic), Chlorhexidine Gluconate 0.15g/l, Menthol 1.00g/l (soothing/cooling), and MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane, supports skin rejuvenation).

Indications: Routine ear wax and debris removal; prevention of ear mites and otitis externa with regular use; general ear hygiene maintenance, especially for long-eared breeds.

Dosage: 6-8 drops into each ear, twice weekly, or as directed by the vet.

Directions for use: Apply directly to the outer ear or via a cotton swab, then gently massage the base of the ear to help the cleaner dissolve wax. Never insert anything sharp into the ear canal.

How does the medicine work? : Cetrimide and chlorhexidine provide mild antiseptic action against bacteria, menthol soothes any irritation, and MSM helps rejuvenate and moisturise the skin of the ear canal upon contact.

Possible side effects: For use on dogs and cats 12 weeks of age and older. Do not use if the eardrum is ruptured or perforated.
